How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the US then takes 6-10 business days, so most orders arrive within 7-12 business days. You receive a tracking number by email.

Can I return the lamp?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your lamp arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How do I charge it?

Use the included USB charging cable. A full charge takes about 3.5 hours. Battery life depends on the brightness you choose.

What is it made of?

Impact-resistant ABS plastic with a glossy finish. Unlike glass lamps, the shade will not shatter if it is knocked over.
