Shipping Options & Rates

We are proud to offer FREE Premium Fully Insured Shipping on all orders. To offer exclusive designer lighting at a fair price and reduce our carbon footprint, we work directly with our manufacturing partners and ship all orders from their central facility. We partner exclusively with high-security carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to ensure your purchase arrives safely and can be tracked every step of the way.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Mandatory Signature

Due to the high-value nature of our designer lamps, all Charfes deliveries require a signature upon arrival. This ensures that your package is handed directly to you and not left unattended. If you are not available, the carrier will provide instructions for a secure redelivery or local pickup.

P.O. Boxes & Logistics

To maintain our high security standards, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding services.

Transit Protection & Damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us at info@charfes.com within 48 hours. Please provide your order number and high-resolution photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will prioritize your case and arrange for a swift replacement or solution.
