Refund policy

At Charfes, we are confident in the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@charfes.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package to our designated return center. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@charfes.com with high-resolution photos of the defect and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The 30-day guarantee mentioned above extends this right to all our international customers.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
